Plantation is a 3/4" thick strip or plank flooring. Traditionally, the "Best Seller" in the nation category. Plantation is available in random length and a wide array of colorations in oaks and maples. Widths of boards are 2 1/4" and 3 1/2" and are of tongue and groove construction. Plantation can be installed in three different methods; nailed, direct glue, or floated (with the NobleHouseTM clip system).

Plantation Specifications & Technical Data

Plantation will provide years of service with its Aluminum Oxide Finish with an added scratch resistance. In Oak, the grain pattern is tighter overall providing a more uniform appearance. In Maple, the product is a dense, tough and strong floor that is great for high traffic areas both in commercial and residential installations.

FINISH: Endurian 25 UV Cured Urethane with Aluminum Oxide

 

Can be installed on ALL levels.
Below grade installations use clip system, NobleHouse cushion pad, and NobleHouse sealer.

Choice Grade: Limited 25 Year Residential Warranty (When properly maintained, the wear layer finish is warranted against wear-through for 25 years from date of purchase.)

Character Grade: Limited 10 Year Residential Warranty.
